Orchestration Health
Orchestration Health in Swimlane Turbine provides visibility into the overall operational health of playbook executions and automation events. It helps administrators and orchestrators monitor reliability, investigate issues, and configure alerts to stay informed about failures.
The Operational Health view now includes three key areas:
- Runs β Monitor the execution of playbooks, view run history, and analyze performance.
- Events β Track real-time event activity that triggers or skips playbooks.
- Alerts β Configure orchestration alerts and email notifications for failed playbook runs.
Each of these sections provides detailed insights to help maintain the stability and performance of your orchestration environment.

The Runs section provides a graphical and tabular view of playbook executions. You can filter runs by time, playbook name, trigger type, and status to quickly identify issues and investigate workflow performance.

The Events section displays real-time activity logs of orchestration events, including record updates, record creation, webhook requests, and scheduled cron jobs. You can drill into event details to see triggered or skipped playbooks and investigate anomalies.

The Alerts section allows administrators to configure orchestration alerts and notifications for failed playbooks. Alerts can be delivered via email to users, groups, or custom recipients, ensuring quick response to operational issues.
